The Early Years Curriculum provides age-appropriate, activity-based learning for every grade. The curriculum content is based on the U.K.-designed and globally accepted framework of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), alongside best educational practices with an emphasis on every child’s unique learning styles. The main subject areas are:

The minimum age for enrolment into the Early Years Program is as below:

Students will transition to key stage 2 / primary years with a solid academic foundation to build the confidence and curiosity to strive for even greater academic heights.

British Primary Program is flexible, covers five years of learning and can be integrated with local and national curriculum.

British Primary Program is designed to stretch, challenge and inspire all students, whatever their cultural context. The British Curriculum at Birla Brainiacs will offer the following courses from Grade 1 to Grade 5, equivalent to years 2 to 6.

Yoga, mindfulness, and meditation

Summer School Programme would be held towards the end of the academic year, focussing on life skills and real-world learning.

Approved coursebooks and workbooks from reputed publishers are delivered to the student’s residence. Students additionally get access to personalized learning platforms, digital libraries, coding platforms, and several e-content and learning resources.

In the secondary phase, equivalent to Grade 6 to Grade 8 in India, students follow the UK curriculum with an option of Edexcel. In Key Stages, 1 to 3 students follow a broad and balanced UK curriculum. This includes Mathematics, English, Science, Global Perspectives, History and ICT. Students have the option to choose between international faculty (non-Indian) provided by Indian teachers with experience in the international curriculum, specifically following the Edexcel Curriculum. Students get to pursue an internationally focused curriculum and ensure knowledge sticks with accessible and culturally relevant examples and resources.

Students are required to gain a minimum of 21 credits over four years from Grade 9 to Grade 12 to achieve the American High School Diploma. The Diploma is awarded by The Keystone School, USA.

International GCSE / IGCSE

As students move to IGCSE Level, the curriculum becomes more challenging yet engaging. Here, students study for 3 core international GCSE / IGCSE subjects English, Maths, and Science. They can additionally choose 2 other subjects – Economics, History A, Psychology, Business, Functional Skills in ICT, Employability, ESOL and others.

The IGCSE is equivalent to Grade 9 and Grade 10 in India. Students have the option to choose between international faculty (non-Indian) provided by Indian teachers with experience in the international curriculum, specifically following the Edexcel Curriculum.

International Advanced Level (IAL) or AS/A Levels

The Advanced Levels program is equivalent to Grade 11 and Grade 12 in India. Students have the option to choose between international faculty (non-Indian) provided by Indian teachers with experience in the international curriculum, specifically following the Edexcel Curriculum.

Cambridge International AS & A Levels syllabus develops a deep understanding of subjects and independent thinking skills. The program is an academically challenging and balanced program of education designed to prepare students for success at university and life beyond.

Pearson Edexcel International AS/A Levels (IAL) are globally recognized qualifications that open doors to top universities worldwide.
