We know that enrolling your child is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident and informed at every step. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be transparent and easy to understand, so you'll always know how enrolments, cancellations and refunds work with us.
1. Cancellation of Enrolment
Enrollment Confirmation
Once a student is enrolled in a program and the corresponding payment has been made, the enrolment is considered confirmed for the paid period.
Cancellation Timing
Parents/guardians wishing to discontinue a program may do so only before the next installment becomes due.
Important Limitation
No cancellations will be entertained during the period already paid for.
2. Refunds
General Policy
Generally, Birla Brainiacs International School does not issue refunds once a payment has been made.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved by the management, the amount will be credited back to the original payment mode (such as credit card, debit card, or bank transfer) within 30 days of approval.
