The Selected Candidates will begin as an intern, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Birla Brainiacs way of learning. They would be showcasing the unique Birla Brainiacs way of learning to students and parents, and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in their designated zone.
Skills Any Graduation/ Undergraduate (2020/2021):
– Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector. Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
– Having a knack for sales.
– Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
– Passionate about changing the way millions of children learn globally.
– Super energetic and driven to spread better learning.
– A strong believer that good Education can create an everlasting impact.
– Someone who has strong communication skills and can persevere.
– Interested in speaking to, counselling and guiding students. Driven by the idea of helping children become lifelong learners.
Qualification: – BBA/ BMS/ MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Other details:
– All selected candidates will be part of a 10 day OJT (On Job Training) process under the Business Development profile, wherein their performance would be evaluated.
– Once their performance evaluation is gauged, then they would be taken on-board as
– a Business Development Executive.
– There will not be any payments made for the 10 day OJT period and they would be given salaries post they are taken on – rolls after successful completion of the OJT period.
