Refund Policy

At Birla Brainiacs (Techybrid ThinkTank Pvt Ltd), we value the trust of our customers. To honor this trust, we have created this straight forward and transparent refund policy to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Objective

Our aim is to ensure transparency in the refund process and guarantee the complete satisfaction of our customers.

Scope

This policy applies to the refund of fees paid for enrolling students from Pre-Primary to Grade 10 in our homeschooling courses, as detailed in the order form submitted at the time of enrolment.

Validity

Effective from August 16, 2023, this policy remains valid until replaced or revoked. All refund requests from this date will be processed according to this policy.

Refund Scenario: Terms & Condition Applied

  • Unsatisfactory Demo Session: 100% refund if requested within the first 15 days of enrolment.
  • Teaching Quality Concerns: 100% refund if requested within the first 15 days of enrolment.
  • Preference for Physical School: Partial refund after deducting the initial payment if requested within the first 15 days of enrolment.
  • Screen Time Concerns: 100% refund if requested within the first 15 days of enrolment.
  • Special Need Student – 100% refund if requested within the first 15 days of enrolment after checking Doctor’s certificate.

Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed through cheques or online transfers only, to the account of the customer, within 90 calendar days from the date of approval. For getting approval, please mail to [email protected] with Student Name, Grade, Bank account details with a valid reason.

Important Terms & Conditions

Accurate Information: Ensure all information provided during enrolment is accurate. Any false information will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.


Disciplinary Termination: No refunds will be issued if a student is terminated due to disciplinary actions. The decision of the Category Head is final.

Force Majeure: No refunds or additional services will be provided if services are discontinued due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

Non-Refundable Fees: The registration amount of upto ₹30,000 is non-refundable. Registration is typically completed by office staff within 24 hours of admission.


Withdrawal of Admission: On withdrawal, services from the submission date to course completion are considered unperformed. A GST credit note will be issued if within the allowed timeline; otherwise, a commercial credit note will be issued upon request.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
